Working with our leading team of experts and consultants, we are delivering a best-in-class, sustainable building that meets the growing demand for workspace outside of central London’s historic core
Chris Bulmer, Director at Bray Fox Smith commented: “We are delighted to be working with W.RE and Taurus on their new office scheme in Parsons Green. By pushing the button on a speculative development, our clients are showing confidence in the occupational market in this amenity rich location and with demand growing month-on-month this site should satisfy some of this.”
Stuart Austin, Head of South East Offices at JLL commented: “JLL is very supportive of the principle of best-quality office space being delivered in vibrant London suburbs. W.RE has an excellent track record of creating thoughtfully-designed workspace and we are very excited to see this development take shape over the coming months.”
