Meet The Team.

Sascha founded W.RE in 2013 and continues to lead its strategic direction. He has over 25 years of experience in development and asset management of complex commercial real estate projects, with a particular focus on the London market.

Before establishing W.RE, Sascha was a partner at Stenham Property, a private equity real estate fund, where he managed value-add strategies across Germany, Switzerland, and the UK with an AUM of c. £1.5bn.

He is a regular panel member at leading UK and European real estate symposiums. Sascha holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from City University, London, and has completed postgraduate courses in Finance (London Business School) and Real Estate (New York University).

Andrew is responsible for the operational and investment management functions of W.RE, working with investors, partners, and lenders to ensure the right structures are in place for each project. He has more than 30 years of experience in real estate and capital markets.

Prior to joining W.RE, Andrew was Head of Real Estate at Chenavari Investment Managers, where he led property investment and fund management activities. He has also held senior roles at JP Morgan, NM Rothschild, and ABN AMRO in their real estate debt and securitisation teams, investing and structuring transactions worth more than £10bn.

Andrew holds a BSc (Hons) in Management from Aston University.

David manages the finance function at W.RE and across client mandates, with responsibility for financial reporting, management, debt finance, and ESG. He has been working in finance and real estate since 2015.

Before joining W.RE, David led the finance functions at Arish Capital Partners and Wainbridge Limited, focusing on investments and developments across the UK and Europe.

David is a Chartered Accountant (SAICA and ICAEW) and holds a BCom Accounting (Hons) degree from the University of Johannesburg.

Chris leads asset management and development initiatives at W.RE, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives and are delivered to business plans. He has over 15 years of real estate experience, gained as a Senior Asset Manager at Capital & Counties working on the Covent Garden estate, as well as at M&G, where he devised and implemented asset management strategies across the portfolio.

Chris holds a BSc in Real Estate Management from Northumbria University and is a Member of the RICS.

Piers supports the delivery of W.RE’s asset management and development projects, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and ensuring projects are delivered in line with business plans. He has seven years of experience in commercial real estate asset management.

He began his career at Savills, advising clients on licensed leisure and portfolio valuations, before moving into asset management with a London-based developer and commercial property owner.

Piers holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate from Nottingham Trent University and is a member of the RICS.

James is key to the finance and asset management teams at W.RE, supporting the analysis of new opportunities and monitoring the performance of existing projects. He has more than four years of experience in real estate.

Prior to joining W.RE, James worked in the Investments team at Galliard Homes, underwriting potential new projects and supporting the management of a portfolio spanning multiple asset classes.

James holds an MSc in Civil Architectural Engineering from the University of Bath.

Marleny supports the finance team with bookkeeping, accounts payable, and financial reporting. She has over four years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and project cost management, with a focus on property and asset management.

Before joining W.RE, Marleny worked at Aroundtown S.A., a major European real estate company. She is currently studying towards her ACCA qualification.

Dominique keeps W.RE running smoothly. With over a decade supporting leadership teams and managing creative offices, she brings calm, structure, and energy to every part of the business.

Before W.RE, she managed studio operations at Nulty in London and gained experience in e-commerce, HR, and client management in Cape Town.
