Overview
Comprehensive refurbishment of a 1960s warehouse building that involved stripping back to shell and frame. Deep basement space was opened up as a double height volume through the ground floor. Upper floors were re-cored and de-cluttered, with daylight maximised and lighting and cooling services closely co-ordinated.
