Occupying an enviable corner position within the heart of Mayfair, 20 Grafton Street presented an opportunity to create a truly best-in-class office and retail building. The key interventions introduce access to a new rooftop terrace and balconies on all levels, luxurious end-of-journey facilities and elegant communal areas including an enlarged and welcoming reception using natural materials and gently scalloped walls. Sustainability sits at the heart of the refurbishment centred on a modern entirely new MEP system resulting in an EPC A rating for the building.
